Terms of Service and Curated Content License

Last updated: July 23, 2026 · v2026-07-23

These Terms govern the RadPhrases website, computer application, accounts, subscriptions, curated shortcut and template library, and report catalog. By accessing or using RadPhrases, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use RadPhrases.

Curated content license at a glance

  • You may use individual curated items in your own professional workflow and keep completed reports or medical records created through that use.
  • You may not bulk extract, scrape, reconstruct, redistribute, resell, or use the curated library or report catalog to create a substitute product or dataset.
  • You may not use curated content for AI training, fine-tuning, embeddings, evaluation datasets, or retrieval-augmented generation systems unless RadPhrases gives you separate written permission.

1. Scope and definitions

“RadPhrases” means the RadPhrases website, computer application, account and subscription services, and related services provided by RadPhrases. “Curated Content” means the RadPhrases-owned or RadPhrases-licensed curated shortcuts, phrase templates, associated organization and metadata, and the report catalog, including its reports, variants, classifications, previews, and arrangement. Curated Content does not include content you create and save as your own shortcut or report template.

2. Application and service license

Subject to these Terms and any applicable subscription limits, RadPhrases grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to install and use the computer application and access the service for your own personal or professional workflow. Premium features and Curated Content may require an account and active subscription.

The application may create a reasonable local cache needed for normal operation and permitted offline use. Possession of that cache does not transfer ownership of the application, Curated Content, or catalog database to you.

3. Permitted professional use

You may search, view, select, copy, adapt, and insert individual Curated Content items when preparing your own professional documents and clinical reports. You may edit that language for the particular case and retain completed documents or medical records created through permitted use, including after your subscription ends where retention is required for professional, clinical, legal, or regulatory purposes.

RadPhrases does not claim ownership of your completed clinical record merely because it contains language produced through permitted use of an individual Curated Content item.

4. Ownership and reservation of rights

RadPhrases and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the application and Curated Content, including copyright and, where applicable, database, compilation, and contractual rights in the selection, verification, classification, organization, presentation, and maintenance of the library and report catalog. No ownership is transferred to you, and all rights not expressly granted are reserved.

For Curated Content made available online, RadPhrases expressly reserves rights for text and data mining, including by machine-readable means, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

5. Prohibited extraction and redistribution

Except where a restriction is prohibited by mandatory law or RadPhrases has given prior written permission, you must not perform, attempt, direct, assist, or enable any of the following:

  • bulk, systematic, or automated extraction, scraping, downloading, copying, or enumeration of Curated Content;
  • reconstruction of all or a substantial part of the curated library or report catalog, including through repeated extraction of smaller portions;
  • publication, transfer, sharing, sale, resale, sublicensing, or redistribution of Curated Content as a library, database, package, feed, or reusable collection;
  • use of Curated Content to create, enrich, validate, benchmark, or operate a competing or substitute product, template library, report catalog, or commercial dataset;
  • removal, alteration, concealment, or circumvention of copyright notices, license information, provenance records, forensic identifiers, usage limits, or other rights-management information; or
  • account sharing or use of another person’s credentials to obtain or aggregate Curated Content.

6. Automated agents and artificial intelligence

You must not use or direct a script, crawler, browser automation system, autonomous agent, large language model, or other automated system to perform an act prohibited by these Terms. You remain responsible for automated tools acting through your account, device, session, or instructions.

Unless RadPhrases gives separate written permission, you must not use Curated Content for model training, fine-tuning, distillation, reinforcement learning, embeddings, vector databases, retrieval-augmented generation, model evaluation, synthetic dataset generation, or the development or operation of another machine-learning or generative-AI system. Processing an individual item solely to assist with your permitted professional use is allowed only when the item is not retained, aggregated, used to train a model, or made available as a reusable collection.

7. Accounts, subscriptions, and your content

You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Some features are offered by subscription. By selecting a paid tier, you authorize our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy, to charge applicable fees and taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal, subject to the checkout terms shown to you.

You retain your rights in shortcuts, report templates, and other content that you create and save as user content. You grant RadPhrases only the rights reasonably needed to store, synchronize, process, and display that content to provide features you request. Do not place patient-identifying information in fields not intended to contain protected clinical information.

If you share your reusable templates or reports through the RadPhrases marketplace, you represent that you have all rights and permissions needed to share them and that they do not contain patient-identifying information, confidential information, or unlawful or infringing material. You grant RadPhrases a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, display, distribute, and synchronize the shared content only as needed to operate, secure, moderate, and promote the marketplace. This license ends when the content is removed, except for reasonable backup retention and copies already incorporated into completed records.

Marketplace bundles may be public or limited to recipients you select. Installed bundles update automatically when the publisher changes the shared library. Publishers and recipients remain responsible for reviewing shared material before clinical use. RadPhrases does not endorse or independently verify marketplace content.

8. Clinical responsibility

RadPhrases is a productivity tool and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. Curated Content may be incomplete, unsuitable for a particular case, or require modification. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and editing all text for accuracy and clinical appropriateness before finalizing a medical record or report.

9. Enforcement and termination

RadPhrases may investigate suspected misuse and may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when it reasonably believes these Terms have been violated, subject to applicable law. We may preserve account, acceptance, license, provenance, and access records reasonably necessary to investigate misuse, enforce agreements, protect rights, and resolve disputes.

Marketplace content is published immediately and reviewed after publication. RadPhrases may receive user reports and may restrict, remove, restore, or preserve marketplace content and related records when reasonably needed to enforce these Terms, protect users or third parties, comply with law, or investigate safety, privacy, or intellectual-property concerns.

When your license or subscription ends, you must stop using Curated Content and delete application-controlled caches when requested or when the application provides that function. This does not require deletion of completed reports or medical records created through permitted use, or records that applicable law requires you to retain.

10. Updates, disclaimers, and contact

RadPhrases may update the service and these Terms. If a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we will provide notice or request renewed acceptance where required by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RadPhrases is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. RadPhrases and its suppliers disclaim warranties that may lawfully be disclaimed and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use RadPhrases. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
