Safety and privacy boundaries
- Do not send patient names, identifiers, report drafts, clipboard contents, or other protected clinical information to RadPhrases public pages.
- RadPhrases is a productivity tool, not a medical device, and its public content is not medical advice or a clinical conclusion.
- Always preserve the source URL and distinguish product-owned curated material from user-created content.
- Account, billing, desktop authorization, and Report Writer routes are not public agent interfaces.
Current capability
RadPhrases provides an authenticated MCP connection for browsing and retrieving curated report templates in Turkish, British English, American English and Spanish. Access follows your existing account entitlements. The tools do not create clinical records, upload files or call an AI model.
Connect ChatGPT or Claude
- In ChatGPT or Claude, open the settings for custom MCP connections. Availability depends on your assistant plan and workspace settings.
- Add a connection using the server URL below and OAuth authentication. Do not enter an Appwrite API key or an access token.
- Sign in to your existing RadPhrases account. Review the requesting app, callback host and each permission before allowing access. You can also decline.
- Start a conversation, choose a report language and modality, and ask for a template. Select a returned examination before requesting its classic, structured or emergency variant. Variant availability depends on the template.

The connection reads curated templates covered by your account. If requested, identity permissions also let the assistant receive your account identifier, profile, email address or phone number. Only permissions shown on the consent screen are approved. Do not send patient names, findings, reports or files to this connection.

If the connection does not work
- If sign-in or consent fails, restart the connection from the assistant and sign in again. Check that the requesting app and return address are the ones you expect.
- If a template or variant is unavailable, choose another result returned by the catalog. Existing account entitlements still apply.
- If the catalog is temporarily unavailable, try again later or contact support with the language, modality and a nonsensitive error description. Never include patient information, passwords or tokens.
Disconnecting stops token renewal. Existing access tokens can remain usable until expiry: one hour for public clients and eight hours for confidential clients. It does not remove templates already received by an assistant.
